Refund policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are not able to accept returns. We try to be perfect, but sometimes we do make mistakes! If you receive a product that is incorrect due to our error, we will immediately replace that product with the correct item. If an item is damaged in shipment, please let us know and we will replace it. Please notify us of any defective or damaged items within 10 days of receipt.
