• Once shipped, most orders take 2-5 business days to arrive; this could change during the holiday season.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

• Due to the personalized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.
• If you receive an item that is incorrect, we will replace that item at our expense. Please notify us within 15 days of receipt.
• If you receive an item that is damaged, please notify us within 15 days of receipt and send a photo of the damaged product and packaging to info@kellyhughes.mom.
